Decal

Decal: a method of image transfer to glass, porcelain and ceramic ware (mugs, plates, glasses, ashtrays) by means of high-temperature firing. The technology uses the principle of a decal. First, printing on special paper with decal paints, soaked in water and transferred to a ceramic, porcelain or glass surface. During firing, the paint is baked into the surface layer, forming a solid homogeneous mass with an unlimited shelf life. Decal differs from other methods by special resistance (can be processed in the dishwasher) to abrasion and allows to apply the image over the entire surface of the product.
